We’re a passionate group of get-it-doners who share a deep love for coffee. We work hard and play even harder. When we’re not working out of our Kalispell headquarters, we’re probably spending time with our families, exploring the stunning landscapes of Northwest Montana, or relaxing on any one of the hundreds of crystal-clear lakes in the area.

Blaine grew up in Great Falls, Montana, and earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. With an entrepreneurial spirt and desire to make a big impact, he made a bold move launching his own private practice immediately following graduation. He was on a mission to make a difference in people’s lives through physical therapy; however, he quickly encountered the common challenges facing private practice owners.

Realizing an outstanding clinical and provider reputation would not alone create a great practice, he committed to learning how to run a business. Soon after, Blaine acquired and merged his existing practice with another large private practice in Kalispell, Montana. The company’s performance quickly and drastically improved, quadrupling in growth. This inspired him to help other private practice owners overcome the barriers they face and build successful businesses, and became the impetus, vision and core of HRS. Blaine has also been active in the American Physical Therapy Association on a statewide and national level developing a passion for private practice advocacy and entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, you’ll find Blaine with his wife, Britne, and their three boys enjoying the mountain lifestyle. Often skiing, navigating the abundance of lakes and rivers in the valley, or hiking the mountains, they take full advantage of the Montana’s wide-open spaces. Blaine stays active coaching his three boys in lacrosse and is a dedicated fitness and health enthusiast – particularly enjoying CrossFit.

Growing up in the mountains of Virginia, Cain has always been a man with big dreams and the motivation to make them a reality. He is an unapologetic sports fan and admits there is no televised sporting event that he is unwilling to watch. He is far more than an armchair athlete or weekend warrior, playing collegiate football at the University of Virginia and Emory & Henry College.

He and wife, Lydia, also a physical therapist, share a passion for the profession which, was the impetus for their relocation to Montana and HRS. Following the completion of his DPT at Shenandoah University, Cain completed his COMT and CDNT through IAMT. Cain’s commitment to progressing the physical therapy profession through clinical quality drives his operational strategy.

In his other life as a dad of three (two daughters, one of which boasts a twin brother), Cain has learned to live life to its fullest with next to no sleep. A huge proponent of time management, Cain will be the first one to tell you he has not yet mastered the change to Mountain Time and finds he often misses the first hour on game day. It is his personal challenge to correct this and immerse himself fully in everything Montana has to offer.

VP Operations

Jason has a strong operational background leading markets at the group and VP levels in multiple corporations. He espouses a transformational leadership style aimed at driving growth in revenue, market share and locations. He recently completed an MBA in Healthcare Management and drives operational performance through clinical quality.

Jason enjoys playing guitar and performing on stage with bands, hitting the gym and taking music lessons. He also enjoys spending time with his family and 2 dogs and grilling.

Peter joined HRS in January 2024 and has been living in Flathead Valley for nearly four years.

Peter grew up outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and earned his Bachelor of Science/Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Throughout his career, Peter has passionately taken on big bold new challenges and Peter loves helping his teams win and drive big impact in their book of business. This mentality has given Peter a unique “Swiss Army Knife” like skillset which he developed over the course of his career.

After graduating from College from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993, Peter joined a large CPA Firm and spent nine years serving clients in many industries and becoming proficient in accounting and Securities & Exchange (SEC) rules & regulations. He was then recruited to a Fortune 500 Company for a couple of years to lead Financial and SEC reporting.
Peter was then recruited to lead Global Compliance at a Fortune 10 company where he spent the last 18 years leading Global Compliance across more than 120 countries prior to joining HRS. During his time leading Global Compliance, Peter provided the thought leadership behind the design and implementation of a subsidiary compliance program which ensured compliant business processes across Financial Reporting, Sales Deal Execution, Procurement, HR and Culture, Marketing, Retail Stores, Privacy and Digital Security & Resilience.

Outside of work, Peter and his family live a life of fitness. Whether it’s skiing (snow or water), hiking, biking, or running, they are into it. You can often find Peter and Rhian running together in half marathons and 10ks and training outside in and around the Lake Blaine area (but only when it’s above 33 degrees). Peter is the Treasurer for Kalispell Pee Wee Baseball league and he also coaches’ basketball, football and cross country for his nine-year-old son Dylan.

After growing up in Texas, Clay moved to Montana with his wife between college and physical therapy school they have been plotting and planning to find a way back since then. He earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in Florida.

Clay began his physical therapy career as a staff therapist in a small outpatient clinic and transitioned into clinical leadership in acute and outpatient practices for hospitals. His passion about removing roadblocks so therapists can become specialists and experts, front desk teams can grow the business with a sense of ownership, and equipping leaders with the tools they need brought him to HRS.

Clay and his wife, Jill, moved to Montana to make the most of their time with their children, Caleb and Everett, before they move on to the next phase of their lives. The family spends as much time as they can outside with their dogs; ideally climbing, paddle boarding, on a trail somewhere, or doing anything in the snow.

Caleb Reyes brings over eight years of experience in the Physical Therapy (PT) industry to his role as Director of Sales and Marketing at HRS. He has held key roles at three of the top five PT companies in the US, specializing in sales training, leadership, and acquisition integration.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Caleb combines local expertise with industry insights to drive regional growth initiatives. His strategic leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him recognition as a top performer and mentor.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys golfing, crafting homemade pizzas and cocktails, and spending time with his wife Kate, their boy-girl twins, and their beloved Airedale Terrier named Mia. They cherish family outings to their country club, local breweries, and nature walks.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Caleb brings a unique blend of industry expertise and creativity to his role, driving the company forward with integrity, innovation, and a focus on client success.

A man on a journey never afraid to see where a new path may lead. Mark grew up in Winifred, Montana, and longed to experience life outside of the small, rural town. After high school graduation, he chose to pursue a career in the United States Army and proudly served our country for 21 years.

When Mark retired from the Army, he was faced with “what’s next?” His military career came to a close and the uncertainty of what was ahead seemed overwhelming, but the one constant that remained was the location of his next chapter – the Big Sky State. When Mark and his wife, Teresa (also one of our HRS game changers!) had the opportunity to return to Montana life, the answer was simple.

Albeit a wizard at setting up communication systems for our partners, Mark leaves technology behind in his spare time opting to take full advantage of his proximity to the great outdoors. You’ll likely find him on the water – boating or fishing, honing his woodworking skills, or jumping into an improvement project on his property.

Born into a military family of 5, Kaylene had the incredible opportunity to travel the world. Living in the Middle East after 9/11 and the Iraq war was a challenging transition, but it taught her the importance of adapting to different cultures. During that time, Kaylene worked for UMUC (University of Maryland University College), educating thousands of troops to maximize their G.I Benefits. This ignited her passion for serving others through education and training.

Kaylene continued to pursue her passion with universities like University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University, focusing on enrollment, training, operations, academics, and leadership. After helping many others achieve their educational goals, she decided to complete her Bachelor’s degree. In 2006, Kaylene was promoted into management, despite her initial lack of experience, she was determined to grow personally and professionally and pursued a Master’s Degree in Leadership from GCU. Her Master’s Thesis focused on Servant Leadership, and she has since embraced the motto, “No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

In 2017, Kaylene moved to Montana with her amazing husband, Levi, and her four children. From there she has expanded her expertise in talent acquisition and human resources, working remotely and on contracts for various firms. When she is not working, Kaylene cherishes quality time with her family, whether it’s taking mini-vacations, boating on the lake, camping, hiking, or simply enjoying nature. Being a devoted mother is her greatest joy.

Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Sarah grew up with three brothers and graduated from Glacier High School in 2016. She went on to earn an accounting degree from the University of Montana. With her brand-new degree in hand, Sarah moved back home to the Flathead Valley and joined HRS.

While in college, Sarah joined Kappa Alpha Theta and frequently volunteered and helped to plan philanthropy events for Missoula Court Appointed Special Advocates. She even met her cat, Ferguson, volunteering at the Missoula Animal Control with her sorority.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new breweries and cider houses and traveling. Like most of the team, Sarah also enjoys Montana’s outdoor lifestyle and spends time hiking, biking, boating, kayaking and being on the water.

Marissa is a passionate healthcare professional with a unique blend of scientific expertise and business acumen. Growing up in the beautiful state of Colorado, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Colorado State University, followed by an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Colorado Technical University.

Marissa’s career began in the lab, where she spent five years delving into Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Microbiology. While she enjoyed the science behind healthcare, she soon realized her true passion was in connecting with people. After completing her MBA, she transitioned to client-facing roles, driven by a desire to enhance healthcare experiences and build lasting and meaningful relationships.

In search of a fresh perspective, Marissa moved to Arizona two years ago, trading Colorado’s snow for the hot desert sun. She is especially passionate about supporting clinics and has a soft spot for the physical therapy community, where she loves working to improve patient outcomes. Marissa is truly driven to pursue relationships as warm as the Arizona sunshine, believing that genuine connections are key to making a meaningful impact.

With her strong work ethic and commitment to making a difference, Marissa is dedicated to fostering collaboration within the healthcare landscape. She believes that every connection counts and is excited to contribute to valuable change in the industry.

Our Story

Health & Rehab Solutions was founded with a bold idea to be a catalyst for entrepreneurial success in healthcare. This idea started with a problem – physical therapists often lack the critical skills needed to create a successful business. As we transitioned into leadership positions within the industry, we realize this and quickly discovered it wasn’t an isolated issue. Therapists across the country needed additional business training, but who was qualified to provide it? It turns out WE were, or at least we were going to become qualified. We knew there were other options out there through other partnership models and non-physical therapy owned business structures, but the truth was that none of them understood physical therapy like we did.

We started HRS to create an innovative entrepreneurial opportunity.
